Foxscan is India’s AI-powered Structural Intelligence Practice, built by the team behind Urbanroof 40,000+ buildings diagnosed and 4,000+ properties restored since 2016. We combine thermal imaging, moisture mapping, radar, and ultrasonic testing with an AI engine trained on that decade of data, validated by an engineer on every case.
Two properties can show the same symptom the same damp patch, the same peeling paint yet fail for entirely different reasons. The industry has long treated the symptom, not the cause. Foxscan closes that gap. We diagnose. We do not repair. That separation is the whole point.
Our story 2016 – 2026
In September 2026 we opened our Experience Centre in Pune: a place to train students and professionals on real diagnostic tools, show those tools at work on real building elements, and bring engineers, contractors and developers together.

Restoration work begins. Over ten years, more than 4,000 properties restored and over 40,000 diagnosed.

Urbanroof becomes FoxScan. Diagnosis is separated from repair. The practice diagnoses only.
24 September 2026 Experience Centre
India’s first Building Diagnostic Intelligence Experience Centre opens at Uma Complex, Fugewadi, Pune, with Griha Sanjivan Foundation, a non-profit industry upskilling initiative.
Every Foxscan diagnosis is carried out by qualified structural engineers not contractors, not general inspectors. The credential matters when a report is used in a legal or financial context.
Every diagnosis follows the same sequence condition, evidence, assessment, recommendation cross-referenced against 40,000+ prior cases. The same standard applies regardless of property size or value.
Foxscan does not carry out construction or remediation work. We diagnose. Our fees are flat and don’t depend on what’s found so a finding carries no incentive to inflate, or minimise, a problem
