About our AI-generated reports
Your inspection report is generated using FoxScan’s in-house AI engine, which is trained on more than 40,000 past inspection records. The report is prepared with support from our certified engineer, who inspects your property and reviews the findings. We remove personal details such as names, phone numbers and exact addresses from any data used to train or improve the AI. We do not sell your inspection data. AI results depend on the quality of the data captured and on site conditions, so the report is meant to guide repair decisions and is not a substitute for a structural engineer’s certification.
