Urbanroof restored more than 4,000 properties between 2016 and 2026, and diagnosed over 40,000 during that work. That record produced a consistent finding: buildings showing identical symptoms — damp, cracking, peeling paint — were frequently failing for different underlying reasons. Treating the symptom without identifying the cause produced repairs that did not last.
FoxScan was formed to separate diagnosis from repair. The practice diagnoses only. It does not sell or perform repairs, and the diagnostic fee is flat regardless of what the scan finds. The report belongs to the property owner, who is free to take it to any contractor.
