Every Delhi home has its own history. So every home needs its own diagnosis.
So we come and look properly. Thermal imaging, moisture meters and radar, all of it read against 40,000 homes we have already diagnosed. Nothing gets broken open, and a structural engineer signs your report within 48 hours. Anywhere in Delhi NCR.

Something is wet, cracked or damp right now
A stain that comes back every monsoon. Peeling paint behind the wardrobe. Seepage from the flat above. A crack nobody can explain. We find where it is actually coming from, so the repair happens once.

Before you buy
A site visit and a fresh coat of paint tell you nothing. Find out what the structure is doing before you pay the token, and negotiate on facts.

Before you renovate
Before a contractor breaks a wall, know what is behind it. Live moisture, concealed plumbing, weak members. Better to find it now than sealed inside a new kitchen.

Before you take possession
Your builder hands over in a fifteen-minute walkthrough with a torch. We give you a documented, engineer-signed defect list to hand back, while it is still their problem.

When it turns into a dispute
The builder says condensation. The society says it is your bathroom. Your neighbour says it isn't them. An independent engineer's report ends the argument with evidence.

How we actually find it
Most inspections are one person, one torch, one checklist.
- 1
We scan the whole thing
Thermal imaging, moisture meters and radar read through plaster, tile and slab. Nothing gets opened up.
- 2
The AI Damage Detector reads the scan
Every reading is checked against 40,000+ homes we have already diagnosed. It finds the cause, says how urgent it is, and shows the evidence it used to get there.
- 3
A certified engineer signs it off
A structural engineer confirms what the scan means and puts their name on the report. That signature is what makes it usable with a builder, a society, an insurer or a court.
Why thermography: Wet material holds heat differently from dry material. A thermal camera picks that up straight through paint and plaster. So we can watch water moving inside your wall without touching the wall.
Water travels
That is why the patch keeps coming back.
The mark on your bedroom wall is almost never where the water got in.
It could be a terrace joint two floors up. A bathroom on the other side of the wall. A sump nobody has opened in four years. A façade sealant that gave up last October.
Paint over the mark and you have covered the exit. The way in is still open, and the September rain will find it.
What we bring into your home
You have already stared at that wall for months. Here is what we bring to see behind it.

AI thermal camera
Wet material holds heat differently from dry material, and this camera picks that up straight through paint and plaster. It analyses the image on the spot and measures distances by laser. You can see the wet area on the screen while the engineer is still standing in the room with you.

AI drone inspection, for societies and commercial buildings
When a whole building has to be assessed, somebody normally has to get up there. Terraces, parapets, façades, the joints on the eleventh floor that nobody has looked at since handover. The drone flies the outside of the building in thermal and 4K instead, and the AI counts and classifies what it finds: cracks, fungus, plaster flaking off, with the area of each one. No scaffolding and no rope access.
This one is for societies, commercial buildings and full-building assessments, and only where the case calls for it. A single flat or a bungalow does not need it. The thermal camera and the instrument kit do that job.

The instrument kit
Hygrometer
Tells us how much water is actually in the material, not how wet it looks.
Adhesion checker
Pulls at the plaster and coating to see whether they are still bonded to the wall behind, instead of tapping and guessing.
Rebound hammer
Gives the compressive strength of the concrete without drilling a hole in it.
Different instruments, different evidence. Together they tell us where the water is getting in, how far it has already travelled, and what it will take to stop it.
How the AI Damage Detector works
Getting the readings is the easy part. Knowing what they mean is where most inspections fall over. This is what we check them against.
It was taught on 40,000+ real inspections
40,000 inspections from Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Delhi NCR. Coastal humidity, dry heat, hard monsoons. Apartments, villas, row houses, commercial buildings. Every one of those cases was checked and labelled by our own engineers before it went anywhere near the model.
It knows what normal damage looks like, and what doesn't
Most damage in Indian buildings repeats itself, and the detector has seen those patterns thousands of times over. What it is really useful for is the reading that matches none of them, because that is usually the one worth worrying about.
It scores the risk in context
A hairline crack in a twenty-year-old Jayanagar roof is not the same problem as the same crack in a two-year-old tower in Whitefield. The detector takes the building's age, type, construction and climate into account before deciding how serious something is, then sorts what needs doing now from what can wait.
It shows its working
Every conclusion comes with the readings behind it, written plainly enough to read. Root cause accuracy runs at about 90%.
It gets better with every home
Once your engineer has signed off the findings, your scan goes back into the model. So the next Delhi flat we look at gets read against yours.
The AI does not sign anything. A certified structural engineer reads the findings, confirms them and puts their name to the report. That signature is what your builder or your society has to answer to.
Two flats. Same building, same builder, same floor, same year. One is dry. The other has a stain that comes back every June.
A building does not age as one thing. Every home inside it has had its own life. A bathroom that leaked quietly in 2019. A tenant who never opened a window. A balcony that got closed in. A different neighbour above.
Most people work this out the expensive way, after a painter, a plumber and a waterproofing man have all had a go at it.

◆
There is no standard answer, so we do not bring one
Your home has a history no other home has. We go through it before we say anything about what is wrong, which is why two flats on the same floor can end up with two completely different reports.
- ◆
We do not do repairs
We diagnose. We do not sell you the repair or carry it out. So there is nothing in it for us in making the problem sound bigger than it is, and fairly often it turns out to be smaller.
- ◆
Your wall stays where it is
We do not chip anything to find out what is going on. If chipping is needed after that, it is one patch and not the whole wall.
- ◆
You get a document, not an opinion at the door
Photographs, thermal images, the cause, how urgent it is, and a recommended scope of work. In your hands within 48 hours.
- ◆
Trained on Indian buildings
40,000+ diagnoses across Indian construction, Indian materials and Indian weather. An imported checklist does not know how our buildings fail.
What you see. What we see.
Two images of the same wall, taken at the same moment.

What you see: A ceiling that looks mostly plain, with only a faint line near the light fixture.
What we see: A distinct cool patch centred right at the fixture, several degrees below the surrounding ceiling.

What you see: Visible dark spotting spreading across a ceiling corner.
What we see: A sharp thermal boundary tracing exactly where the moisture sits, extending further than the visible marks alone.

What you see: A ceiling corner that looks completely clean.
What we see: A clear moisture band running along the corner, invisible to the eye.
